1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. How to Return an Item

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact Mixcart Customer Support immediately.
  • You will need to provide your order number, photos of the product showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
  • After verification, Mixcart will approve your return request and guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a full or partial refund depending on the condition of the product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval.

4. Conditions for Accepted Returns

  • Returned products must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Any product that shows signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain products such as perishable goods, personalized or customized items, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
  • Please check the product details before purchasing.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
  • For cancellations after shipment, returns must be initiated in accordance with the policy
